I've overseen and produced two internal wikis
and contributed to the documentation at each company I've worked for.

I have a strong understanding of information architecture principles, and structuring content in a logical and intuitive manner. My process involves creating hierarchies, taxonomies, and navigation pathways, like internal linking, that allow for easy discovery and retrieval of information by team members.

Role: Customer Experience Practice Lead

Project: New Subscription Service Launch
While at TBL Networks, a new tiered subscription service, Limelight Subscribe, was created. I was tasked with creating training and documentation for the new service.

How I did it:
Needs Assessment: I identified the specific training requirements for each employee role.
Content Creation: I developed a series of training videos and guides covering various aspects of the tiered subscription service, like system access to the right.
LMS Update: I uploaded the content I produced into SalesForce's MyTrailhead and created quizzes for each module.
